TWC fees are based on the scope of work that is required to undertake a thorough review of the construction documentation and issue the building permit. For this reason a written fee proposal is provided for all projects after plans have been sighted and a scope of services has been ascertained however the following base fees give an indication of minimum certification and inspection charges.

Please note these fees do not include the State Government and HIH building levies, energy efficiency assessments or structural certification and any reports/consents/protection works notices that may be required.
